Anew offers a contract to hire solution in which an hourly IT contractor is brought on the team to get deliverables met immediately, but with the essential intention of making the candidate a permanent employee. This solution extends the option to hire an IT contractor/consultant at any time during a projected assignment. It is sometimes called ‘try before you buy’. This is a good solution for both parties for example, if a client does not have time to wait to hire someone or/and if the candidate is testing the client for good culture match.
